VETERAN EMPLOYMENT
TRANSITION ROADMAP

NAVIGATING YOUR WAY TO LONG-TERM SUCCESS

ABOUT VET ROADMAP

The Veteran Employment Transition (VET) Roadmap provides transitioning service members and veterans resources to navigate the employment landscape and succeed in the civilian workforce. In 2015, Mission Transition was developed to get to the root of the transition issues our service members were facing, the result was this guide, now in digital form, to help users gain immediate access to the resources they need to make important career decisions.

For those that prefer the workbook approach, download the PDF VET Roadmap.

JUMP INTO YOUR TRANSITION

FEET FIRST, TASK FIRST!

Your transition is a mission. If all or some of these tasks sound interesting, you can dive deeper by creating a Custom Action Plan to document what objectives you have meet, and perhaps identify the ones you want to learn more about or take action on.

SEARCH RESOURCES

You have tools identified during this process which bring together identified benefits and best-in-class resources across government, industry and Veteran Service Organization partners.
